RENATE Task Groups
RENATE’s work is powered by dedicated Task Groups, each focused on a specific area of our mission to combat human trafficking and exploitation. These groups work collaboratively to address key issues, promote advocacy, raise awareness, and support victims.

Law Task Group
The Law Task Group focuses on advocating for stronger laws and policies to protect victims of human trafficking. This group works to ensure that legislation across Europe aligns with international human rights standards, aiming to influence policy development and promote legal reforms.
House of Prayer Task Group
The House of Prayer Task Group is a spiritual pillar of RENATE, offering a place of prayer and reflection for members and supporters. This group works to nurture the faith and resilience of those involved in the fight against trafficking, providing spiritual support and guiding reflection on the work being done.
Advocacy Task Group
The Advocacy Task Group is dedicated to raising the voice of RENATE at the national and international levels, ensuring that human trafficking remains a priority in political, social, and legislative agendas. The group advocates through various mediums such as film, in order to influence key decision-makers in the fight against exploitation.
Council of Europe and EU Institutions Task Group
This group specifically engages with the Council of Europe and other EU Institutions to push for the implementation of effective anti-trafficking measures, ensuring that human rights protections are upheld and that European policies are in place to combat trafficking.
Awareness Raising Task Group
The Awareness Raising Task Group develops and leads campaigns to increase public understanding of human trafficking and exploitation. By reaching out to communities, schools, and organizations, this group strives to change perceptions and inspire collective action against trafficking.
Shelters and Safe Houses Task Group
The Shelters and Safe Houses Task Group focuses on providing safe spaces for victims of trafficking, offering rehabilitation services and helping survivors rebuild their lives. This group ensures that adequate support systems, housing, and resources are available to victims across Europe.
Social Media and Communications Task Group
The Social Media and Communications Task Group manages RENATE’s online presence, ensuring that the message of the organization reaches a wide audience. This group is responsible for creating and disseminating content that informs, educates, and mobilizes people to take action against trafficking.
