On September 26, 2023, the online kick-off event for the 4th edition of the Talitha Kum Leaders Course took place. Initiated in 2019, this course is designed to impart skills and knowledge to dedicated members of Talitha Kum, enabling them to assume significant leadership roles within the network. Seventeen religious congregations are represented in the course, highlighting one of Talitha Kum’s strengths: intercongregationality. Participants share their unique experiences and best practices. For a network to thrive, it must expand by welcoming new members and facilitating their learning from more seasoned members. Notably, three lay individuals are participating in the course, including a highly active young ambassador from Kenya.
